A COMPREHENSIVE UNDERSTANDING ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: LAW, POLICY AND PRACTICE
The research was aimed at understanding the intellectual property in higher education with some historical information about the growing importance of academic IP and the policy-landscape in Canada about IP and higher education. This will be followed by a discussion of the legal context of IP in Canada. After suggesting a suitable research design to our client, we were finally able to present a discussion of our findings about IPR in the Education space.

Survey was programmed & hosted by Questionlab Inc. containing 40 Questions and 3 Open-Ended topics. The company conducted the data collection amongst people who were employed in the Technology department of different Mid-size to large enterprises with a total sample size of 700 cloud professionals across USA, Canada, UK, Germany & France. The titles included Sr. Executives & those who were Technical Decision makers in their organization. The total field time was decided to be approximately 4 weeks for data collection. Questionlab Inc. was able to meet the timeline and deliver the results on time.
