Key Objectives

The position's objective is to provide project delivery support to the clients across different research companies and regions for the Client Services. The position is at the core of execution and entails assisting the team with the effective delivery of the project.


  • End to end online sampling project management ensuring quality throughout the processes
  • Review questionnaires and use it to apply relevant quotas, targets and screening at our end
  • Test surveys before releasing sample
  • Set timelines to meet overall project timelines and manage deliverables to meet client schedules
  • Monitor on-line survey deployment; provide updates to the clients on project progress, problem-solving when Projects are not meeting client expectations
  • Regular discussions with clients and partners on phone and email

Job Location/Timings

A-74, Sector - 63, Noida (India) | 10 PM IST to 7 AM IST (Mon - Friday)

  • Experience – 4+ years of work experience in sales or account management
  • Qualification/Certification – College degree preferred


  • Help manage bids and provide excellent customer service
  • Respond to client requests in a timely manner
  • Develop and deliver quotes to customers interacting with them and negotiating pricing
  • Coordinate with our project team to bring a won proposal into field
  • Support our Sales managers in their account interactions
  • Work to open new leads and convert them into buying accounts
  • Look into to past relationships to leverage new accounts
  • Manages great customer relationships built on trust and a history of excellent results
  • Is expert at discovery and understands the client's needs beyond the details of a quote and leverages knowledge to uncover additional needs we can meet.
  • Maximizes efficiency by executing bids effectively and in a timely manner
  • Driving outstanding outcomes through seamless collaboration and communication with larger sales and client service teams
  • Always seeks competitive insights and intelligence to inform the company of challenges and opportunities in the marketplace

  • Experience – 2 – 5 years of coding experience
  • Qualification/Certification – B. Tech / B.E / M.C.A

  • Writing back-end code and building efficient PHP modules.
  • Developing back-end portals with an optimized database.
  • Troubleshooting application and code issues.
